Summary
We reserve the right to refuse entry to our events.
You may be able to transfer your ticket to a colleague by informing event organisers via email conference@agilecoach.lt, you will need to enter your ticket number and provide name, surname and email address of the person you are transferring the ticket to.
You may cancel your ticket for a full refund up to 30 days before the event by emailing us at conference@agilecoach.lt with your order number. Please, add Refund in the subject line. No refunds will be issued for tickets that are cancelled after the refund deadline has passed.
You grant us the right to use your company name and any quotes, video, screen captures, or photography taken at our event in future marketing of our events, within the boundaries set by our Privacy Policy.
By attending our events you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct at all times.
Introduction
1.1 The event is organised by Agile Coach (Agilendas, UAB; Company code: 303279565, registered in Lithuania), a company focused on delivering high-quality educational event for product leaders, tech leads, and design and marketing professionals from digital native and transforming enterprises..
1.2 References to “us,” “we,” and “our” refer to Agile Coach (Agilendas, UAB) and its affiliates. References to “you” and “your” refer to the individual or entity completing the registration for the event.
1.3 By registering for the Digital Products Conference you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, which take precedence over any other terms you may impose.
Marketing
2.1 You acknowledge that we have the right to publicly announce our business relationship with you and your company, including announcements on social media and other platforms. Such announcements shall be respectful and not adverse to your business.
2.2 You grant us the right to use any photographs, videos, or screen captures from the event that may include your image, as well as any quotes provided in feedback forms, for future event marketing purposes. This usage will adhere to our privacy policy and your rights. Such content will be respectful and not detrimental to your or your business.
Ticket prices and payments
3.1 Ticket prices will be clearly displayed on the event ticketing site.
3.2 Tickets are not reserved until payment has been successfully processed.
3.3 For pro-forma invoice payments, payment is due upon receipt. Tickets will only be issued once full payment is received and are subject to availability.
Event changes and cancellations
4.1 We reserve the right to change the event’s content, timing, format, location, or speakers, or to cancel the event altogether due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer either a credit for a future event or the opportunity to attend the rescheduled event.
4.2 If you need to cancel your attendance, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations should be requested via email to conference@agilecoach.lt. After the refund deadline, you may transfer your ticket to a substitute delegate at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least two days in advance and the ticket has been paid in full.
4.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations outside the specified periods or for non-attendance.
4.4 Refund will be processed via our ticketing system only.
4.5 We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event changes or cancellations resulting from unforeseen circumstances (e.g., acts of God, pandemics, strikes, storms, war or force majeure).
Content and intellectual property
5.1 All materials, presentations, and content provided during the event are owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior consent.
5.2 We encourage sharing your event experience on social media, including photos and videos, while respecting intellectual property rights.
5.3 The content shared during the event does not necessarily reflect our views or opinions.
5.4 While we strive for accuracy, some content is provided by third parties, and we cannot guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Verify any information before relying on it.
5.5 We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content provided online at any time.
5.6 Speakers and trainers may change without notice.
Liability
6.1 Our liability for any damages, losses, or costs related to your event booking is limited to the amount paid by you for the event.
6.2 We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, reputation, or other indirect damages.
6.3 You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates against any claims or expenses arising from your or your delegates’ actions during the event.
6.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
6.5 We will comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 measures, and expect attendees to do the same.
General provisions
7.1 These Terms and Conditions, along with any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
7.2 No partnership or agency relationship is created by these Terms and Conditions.
7.3 Communications between you and us will be electronic, primarily via email. You agree that electronic communications fulfill any legal requirements for written communication.
7.4 Except as specified in clause 4.2, you may not transfer or resell your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Lithuania, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania.
7.6 We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event at our discretion.
7.7 If you have special access needs, please inform us during registration so we can accommodate you.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which ensures a safe and inclusive environment. Violation of this code may result in expulsion without a refund.
Privacy policy
Our privacy policy governs the treatment of your data during the event. By attending, you agree to our use of your data for legitimate interests and contractual obligations, while retaining your rights to object, correct, and review your data.
